For students…

Our faculty exemplify caring. Our faculty carefully nurture the traits that SIAST-educated nurses are known for: high standards of practice, clinical competence, ethical behaviour, acceptance of diversity and skilful compassion. At SIAST, you will learn from nurses and health care practitioners who know - first-hand - what they teach. They go beyond textbooks to teach you critical skills such as listening, communicating and caring.

What our grads say. We track student satisfaction through annual surveys. Results are consistent: over 90% of Nursing Division grads say the overall quality of their SIAST education was either "excellent," "very good" or "good." And 95% say their program successfully prepared them for employment related to their education.
